Stacey’s Favorites: My At-Home Self-Care Rituals I Swear By

I’ll be the first to admit it — I am easily influenced. If something promises better sleep, glowier skin, or a calmer nervous system, I’m probably already adding it to my cart.

Self-care doesn’t always mean booking a spa day or clearing an entire afternoon. As much as I love a great facial or massage, some of my most meaningful self-care moments happen at home, usually at the end of a long day when the house is quiet and I finally have a few minutes to myself.

Living by Design, for me, is about creating simple rituals that actually fit into real life. Things that help me unwind, reset, and feel good without adding more to my to-do list. Over time, these have become the at-home practices I genuinely look forward to and return to again and again.

These aren’t trends I tried once and forgot about. These are the things I’ve been influenced by, invested in, and truly swear by.

LED Light Therapy Mask

This has become a complete non-negotiable in my routine. There’s something incredibly calming about putting on my LED mask at night and doing absolutely nothing for a few minutes. It feels like high-tech self-care, but in the comfort of my own home.

Beyond the relaxation factor, my skin always feels refreshed and noticeably glowier afterward. It’s easy, low-effort, and makes me feel like I’m doing something really good for myself without leaving the couch.

Vibration Plate

I’ll be honest, I was skeptical at first. But now? I’m obsessed.

The vibration plate has become my go-to for circulation, lymphatic support, and quick movement on days when a full workout just isn’t happening. Even a few minutes makes me feel more energized and grounded. It’s one of those things you don’t realize you needed until you try it, and then suddenly it becomes part of your routine.

It’s efficient, effective, and perfect for busy days.

Magnesium Soak Baths

If I had to pick one ritual that truly helps me shut down, this would be it. Magnesium soak baths are my favorite way to unwind both physically and mentally. They’re incredible for relaxing sore muscles, calming the nervous system, and signaling to my body that it’s time to slow down.

Add a candle, warm water, and a quiet moment, and it becomes the ultimate reset. It’s simple, soothing, and deeply restorative.

Ultra-Hydrating Collagen Face Masks

These are my secret weapon for tired skin. I always keep a few on hand for nights when my face feels dull, dry, or just in need of extra love. They deliver instant hydration and that refreshed, plumped feeling we’re all chasing.

Perfect for nights when self-care looks like a clean face, cozy pajamas, and doing absolutely nothing else.

OSEA Skin Oil + Anti-Aging Balm

These are staples in my nighttime routine and products I reach for every single night. The oil is nourishing and luxurious without feeling heavy, and the anti-aging balm seals everything in beautifully.

Using them feels intentional, like a small but meaningful way to end the day. It’s my signal that the day is done and it’s time to rest.

Closing Thought…

Living by Design isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what actually supports you. These at-home rituals help me recharge, reset, and show up fully in my life and work, without needing perfection or excess.

Sometimes self-care is quiet. Sometimes it’s simple. And sometimes, it’s exactly what you need.
